Wood Tamer, Spoon Making

Bakers and Builders

Bakers and Builders is an exploration into traditional crafts that have built tangible skills to benefit generational lifestyles. Workshops have a sustainability focus. They utilise and encourage the use of affordable and accessible resources which can be transferred back into homes and our busy lifestyles. A multidisciplinary calendar of activities is being facilitated by craftspeople and culinary bakers to teach traditional methods and DIY practices to produce contemporary and functional pieces and products.

Workshops include:
Plant Fibre Weaving: Into the Wyld with Bianca Cardis
Traditional Woodworking: Wood Tamer with Chris Pothof
Culinary Maker of Pasta: Earth Driven with Lorrae Clugston
Culinary Makers of Breads with The Wholesome Collective
