feltwilde: Open Studio
Felt-maker and fibre artist Gill Brooks flings open her doors to reveal the inner workings of a felt-making studio, with demonstrations, opportunities to peruse samples and prototypes, ask questions and rummage through the sales table for raw materials, sale items and ephemera. Gill has been immersed in the world of felt making for over 25 years, designing and making an evolving array of contemporary felt pieces in her full-time studio practice. She enjoys sharing her passion for this craft and runs regular monthly workshops.
